- Booth designs should be simplified, with open spaces that allow air circulation and provide flexibility for exhibitors and visitors to move.
- It is recommended that booths have 70% alcohol-based hand-sanitizer dispensers (preferably automatic) to offer visitors before and after their visit.
- Our exhibitors are responsible for the cleanliness of their booths, so we recommend bringing a cleaning kit containing isopropyl alcohol, disinfectant spray, disposable disinfectant wipes, etc., for constant cleaning of high contact areas.
- All giveaways, publicity material or promotional items are allowed. As a good practice, we recommend disinfecting them prior to the event. Access for restocking will be in accordance with the Exhibitor's Manual.
- The use of digital business cards, such as the LinkedIn QR code, and digital means to share data such as electronic brochures of products and services is recommended for networking during the event. Take advantage of all the tools at your fingertips to connect with visitors virtually.
- Marketing strategies, such as activations or demonstrations, are allowed after approval by the organizing committee. Exhibitors must send the description of the activity to their Customer Experience executive in advance. We recommend that all activities do not involve physical contact.
- Food and beverages are not allowed unless they are contracted with the venue. If you want to offer snacks to visitors, we recommend packing them individually.
