Mantente seguro en nuestro evento

Keep safe at our event

The well-being of our show participants and promoting a safe environment to conduct business remains our top priority. Here you will find the practices that will be implemented during your participation in our 2022 edition.

HEALTH & HYGIENE PROTOCOLS

The health measures that we will implement are based on guidance from relevant authorities (including WHO, Mexico City Government, Centro Citibanamex) and industry best practices.

As information becomes updated, these protocols may be updated; we will advise you of any changes by website, or any other official channel.

ALL OUR PARTICIPANTS, REGARDLESS OF THEIR ROLE IN THE EVENT, MUST:

Check your health before attending the event

If you have any viral symptoms such as cough, fever or sore throat please stay home and contact your doctor.

Wear facemask

Wearing face covering will be mandatory during your participation. It must cover your nose and mouth and fit snugly your face.

Follow the hygiene protocols

Regularly wash your hands or use the alcohol-based hand-sanitizer dispensers; when you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or disposable tissue.

Try to keep a healthy distance from other participants

Be kind to other people, everyone has their own comfort levels with physical contact and personal space. Preferably, keep a distance when you pass by others and implement greetings without contact.

OUR ACTIONS

Every day, before starting activities, we will disinfect all event halls and areas by thermo mist disinfection.

Every hour, we will clean institutional areas such as conference rooms, registration areas, ticket offices, Club Elite lounge, among others, with sodium hypochlorite.

We will place alcohol-based hand-sanitizer dispensers at the venue entrances and throughout the show floor, in various common areas to facilitate ongoing hand cleaning.
